Corrections Policy
Corrections Policy
Online38Media aims to correct material factual errors promptly and transparently.
How corrections are handled
Minor typographical or formatting errors may be fixed without a correction note when they do not change the meaning of the article. When a factual error materially changes the meaning, readers’ understanding or an important figure, we may add a correction or update note explaining the change.
For developing stories, new confirmed information may be added as an update. We do not label routine additions as corrections unless the earlier version contained an error.
Submitting a correction
If you believe an Online38Media article contains a factual error, please identify the article, the specific statement in question and a reliable source supporting the requested correction. A public editorial contact channel will be listed on our Contact page as it is finalized.
Correction requests are evaluated on evidence. We do not remove accurate reporting merely because a person or organization disagrees with it.
